DESIGNER'S NOTES
Cut from light blue taffeta fabric "HARMONY" has a strapless neckline with draped bodice cups that give a flattering shape. The dress is designed to have a straight cut fitted skirt with two layers of gathered tulle attached to the hem. To create a puffed effect at the hem, crain is used underneath each layer of tulle.
