Exchange and Returns


We offer a free-return policy, which allows you to return delivered items to us for any reason up to 14 days after the delivery of your order, free of charge.

In order to qualify for a refund, all items must be returned to us within 14 days of Order Receipt, following the below conditions:   

  • Items must be unused and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached. They must also be in their original packaging
  • Discounted items are not eligible for a return
  • Pre-ordered items are not eligible for a return
  • In the rare case of product defects or damages, return request must also be communicated within 14 days of receipt of your order
  • If the returned items do not meet the stated saleable conditions, Yassmin Saleh holds the right to refuse the return requested by the buyer



Items can be returned by arranging a collection from your address, following the below steps:

  • Return request must be communicated within 14 days of receipt of your order. Contact us on explaining the reason for your return. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number)
  • After the request has been approved, you will receive an email from our logistic partner to confirm the shipment and schedule a pick-up
  • At pick-up, please provide the item in its original packaging & labels
  • Once returned item is received, your request will be processed within 5 working days
  • Approved return will be refunded by your bank within 10 working days
  • Unapproved items will be sent back



Refunds will only be processed after the item has been received and return has been approved. Once done, we will provide you with a refund (excluding the original shipping charge). Your refund will be processed through the following methods:

  • Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within a certain amount of days (approximately 10 working days)
  • We can instead offer Store Credit valid for 30 days, if requested



We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new Order placed for the replacement items.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly check your bank account again. 
Then, we ask you to please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, kindly contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
