Shipping Policy


Your order will be processed on the same day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3pm on weekdays will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number. All orders are shipped from Lebanon to your desired location worldwide (except for countries that are not covered by our shipping zones - see below*), via Aramex. 



Orders will be delivered to the specified address within 3-10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that international orders might experience delays due to customs clearance events and/or local postal service delays, which are beyond the control of Yassmin Saleh. In rare circumstances please allow a full 30 business days before considering the package to be lost. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where the buyer is not available to receive the package once shipped or where the buyer requests postponement of scheduled delivery times.




Customs duties may apply depending on the country in which you reside. Yassmin Saleh is not liable for additional costs related to customs that might occur. We recommend you to contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.
