DESIGNER'S NOTES
“CONTRAST” is an effortless, easy to wear gown. Its puffed cut skirt with square neckline is crafted from lightweight tulle fabric. Cutouts are designed on either side with tulle ruffles around the waist. To add some color to this minimalist black gown, hand embroidered multi-colored shell applique are placed all-over.
